- We offer four shipping options: Standard, Two Business Day, Next Business Day and Saturday Delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Most in-stock items can arrive on your doorstep 14 business days after receipt of your order. Custom Orders can take four weeks to eight weeks.

Fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid U.S. return label and drop your exchange in the mail. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities, and in-stock items will be sent right away.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
Credit Card
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact Customer Service to receive this form. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Learn more about international returns.
